Use only when a live submission was approved and documented. Do not submit live forms from this hub contract.

Test submission evidence

Use controlled test evidence with timestamps, expected fields, destination confirmation, and no private customer data.

Destination confirmation

Confirm sheet insertion, CRM record, platform route, or webhook destination from the downstream system before claiming success.

Alert confirmation

Confirm chat, email, SMS, or webhook alerts from platform logs or received alert evidence.

Screenshot or log references

Store references without secrets, tokens, private sheet IDs, CRM IDs, or customer data.

What does not count as evidence

Page loads, draft packets, assumptions, old screenshots, unverified URLs, and expected routes do not prove routing.

How to mark unverified

Use unverified when evidence is incomplete or absent.

How to mark blocked
